Payment

To secure your booking, at Pipijourneys, we require valid credit card
details and a 20% non-refundable deposit (of the total amount) at the time of
booking to secure your booking. The balance is due 48 hours before the tour
departure time.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.

Health & Safety

If you are experiencing any medical condition which may affect you while we
are out at sea, please let us know before departure.

For your safety and the safety of other passengers, please listen to and
follow all the instructions provided on board. You are responsible for the
safety and protection of yourself and your personal belongings at all times.

Cancellation and Refund

Because of the quick-changing nature of the sea conditions Pipi journeys
reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time. Under these circumstances, you
will get a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit) or get credit for
an alternative day or time which is subject to availability.

If the tour is cancelled by the group/individual(s) within 48 hours the
group/individual(s) is(are) liable for 50% charge of the remaining 80% of the
total amount. If the group/individual(s) cancels the tour within 24 hours, the
group/individual(s) is/are liable for the full amount of the tour.

If a tour is cancelled for more than 48 hours, then there will be no
additional charges to the trip.
